Delivery

Our aim is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order (weekends excluded).  The bed is shipped via Fastway Courier and we use Australia e-parcel for individual covers and liners.  A tracking number will be sent via email when your order is shipped.

Where you are not at home Fastway leave calling cards asking the customer to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery at no extra charge or in some areas there may be a Parcel connect drop off where the customer can pick up the item.

All items in Australia should be received in 3-5 days from the day sent.  For remote areas please allow up to an extra 5 days.  All international orders to major cities should be received in 7-10 days from day sent.

Please note, Australia Post will attempt delivery once, if you are not at home they will leave a delivery notice advising the local post office where your goods have been delivered for pickup by the customer.  Where the courier delivers for large items, a calling card is left asking the customer to contact the courier for redelivery, there is no redelivery charge.

TOPDOG Comfit cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen delivery notices.  If the goods are returned to TOPDOG Comfit, the customer will be charged freight if the goods are to be resent.

If the customer wishes to provide alternative delivery instructions eg. “leave on front verandah”, this can be made at the Shopping Cart in “Delivery Instructions”.
