Exchange and Refunds

The TOPDOG Comfit products are made to the highest standard under a rigorous quality control process.  If however, upon receipt the product is deemed a manufacturers fault, TOPDOG Comfit will exchange the product. We strongly recommend you measure your dog accurately to ensure the size of the bed is correct as there will be no exchanges for incorrect bed size.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All products are to be returned unwashed and unused within 14 days of receiving the goods.  If we run out of stock after your order for the same product we will offer a store credit.

HOW do customers return items?
Please contact us by phone <link to Contact Us> or email us and quote the invoice number.

Approval for returns must first be granted first before returning the product.
Provide a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why the original merchandise is being returned.
Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us by phone between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday AEST time or email us for details.

SHIPPING for returns?
All shipping charges for a returned product are to be prepaid by the customer.
All other shipping expenses will be borne by the customer and all original shipping costs are non-refundable.

CREDIT for returns
A credit will be applied for the original purchase price and not including the original shipping costs.

Important: TOPDOG Comfit do not issue refunds or exchanges on any products that are sent back to TOPDOG Comfit after 14 days of receipt of purchase, or if the products has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
